We recommend making reservations several weeks in advance. We can sometimes accommodate last minute reservations, but availability may be limited. If inclement weather is threatening, you may contact us prior to the rental date and cancel the reservation without penalty.
Inflatable units can be picked-up anytime on Friday between 12:00pm - 7:00pm. All equipment must be returned on the following Monday between 7:00am - 12:00pm. We do not accept equipment returns on Saturday or Sunday.
*There is a $50 deposit required for equipment rentals on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends.
Inflatable units can be picked-up anytime after 7:00am on the day of the rental. All equipment must be returned between 7:00am - 12:00pm on the following calendar day to avoid late charges.
Picking up the Equipment
We will review the safety procedures and set-up instructions when you come to pick up the equipment. You will need a cargo space of approximately 5.5 feet by 2.5 feet. Our inflatable units will fit in the back of most mid-sized SUV with ALL of the back seats folded down.
Ordinary wear and tear of the equipment is accepted under the rental agreement. You will be held responsible for damage to the equipment due to negligence. Bounce Party Supplies is a limited liability corporation. All rental agreements include a liability waiver.
